Character's Costume

this is Annie's (played by Anna Phillips) clothing the reason that this outfit was chosen is because it is baggy clothing and that is what teenagers are wearing.

This is Emily McPayne's (played by Ellie Payne) clothing this outfit was chosen due to the fact that its dark clothing brining the devil or evil out in her.

this is Kaites (played by Kiera McLean) this outfit was chosen because its whats popular with teens.

this is Lotties (played by Charlotte) clothing this outfit was chosen because it is what is popular within the fashion with young kids.

this is undercover officer/killers (played by Josh) clothing this was chosen because it is a casual look that you would see anyone on the streets wearing and he wanted to do his best with blending in with the crowed.

script

vedio storybored

this is the videoed storyboard. this gives us as the producers a better idea on what it is we had to do for the trailer as we had a moving version of the 2D thing.

Character's Profile

Emily McPayne
she is one of the main characters as she is the one that gets killed and has a smiley face carved into her face (marked by her killer). she had been missing for about 1 year and there had been police investigations and everything on where she had gone.
Kaite
she is Emily's best friend and hasn't given up on finding her. Kaite is the one that spots Emily lying up against the tree.
Annie
she is Kaite and Emily's other friend that hasn't lost hope completely that Emily will return home but is slowly starting to believe that she is gone forever.
Lottie
she is the mean girl. she puts Kaite and Annie down by saying that Emily will never return. Lottie also kicks up a stink about there still being a missing poster up of Emily as she no longer thinks that Emily will return home.
Police Officer/Killer
he pretends to be a police officer to get the trust of people so they come to him before he kills them to then calve a smiley face on their check. the smiley face represents him being unhappy as a child and wanting to permanently engrave happiness on their faces but it all goes wrong when he kills Emily McPayne and know as to take out anyone that try's to get in his way.

Bullet makeup tutorial

this is one of the make-up tutorials that i watched whilst i was practicing doing the bullet shot for the make-up. although i done it free hand and off the top of my head it was nice to be able to see how other people do it and have the other options on how to do it.

make-up trials

this is the main make-up piece that we used in the trailer due to the fact that this is how the killer shows his mark to who hes killed. the calving is of a smiley face on the face representing the name smile and it also gives clues on why the killer kills and who he kills.

the pencil through the hand was just something that we tried thinking that maybe we might be able to make it look like a stick through the hand but we thought that it might be a little over the top so we thought that it might be best if we just left it.

Final Film title

this is our final film title. the reason that we have decided to go with one is simply because its an original to us and represents the edginess of the trailer. through this title it shows that we there is a seance of mystery within due to the lack of color.

trailer

this is our official trailer for our production of smile. in this trailer we are shown mostly all of the main charterers that are going to be in the film. for example we are shown the victim, antagonist and some of the mates.
in the trailer we are shown the killers mark on when he kills.
we aren't shown too much in the trailer for example we aren't shown why the killer kills but we are given hints for example the mark on the face of a smiley face and the fact that he shows up for no reason pretending to be someone that's meant to be helpful towards the world.
